It is my favorite season of the year...Soup season!  I love soup!  And this soup is perfect for your family or a big crowd.

8 INGREDIENTS FOR THIS SOUP

1. Chicken Breasts 2. Rotel 3. Corn 4. Black Beans 5. Kidney Beans 6. Chicken Broth 7. Heavy Cream 8. Spices

Add ingredients to slow cooker

Combine chicken, Rotel, corn, black beans, kidney beans, chicken broth, and spices into your slow cooker.

Stir

Stir the ingredients together

Cook on low heat about 6 hours or longer.

30 minutes before your serve

About 30 minutes before serving, remove chicken from the soup and shred.  Return chicken to your slow cooker..  Add cream and salt and stir.  Add corn starch and water slurry if desired. Cook for 30 more minutes.

Serve

Serve with tortilla strips, sour cream, shredded cheese, and cilantro if desired.
