I don't drink, but you can bet that my guests and I will be toasting the New Year with sparkling cider this year!  And these New Year's Fancy Flutes & Champagne Glasses are the perfect way to ring in a New Year!
New Year's Fancy Flutes & Champagne Glasses
Because I don't have a lot of wine / champagne glasses or flutes, I went to my favorite craft store and found 50 disposable flutes for $10!
They are fairly plain so I decided to fancy them up a bit!  I took sparkly pipe cleaner and sparkly pom poms and went to work.
I also bought a brand new glue gun!  (Insert shriek of glee here!)  I have a great hot glue gun, but I wanted a Low Temp hot glue gun, so I finally bought myself one.
I.  Am.  In.  Love!
You will want to use your low temp glue gun for this project so you don't melt the flutes!
But they are so easy, just wrap the pipe cleaner around the stem of the glass / flute and then glue a pom pom to the bottom.

The bonus is that you can help guest keep track of their own glass by creating everyone's a bit different!!
