Remember this?

See...I spent money on it.  My original idea did not work out so well.  But I was determined to find an actual use for it so it wouldn't go wasted...

Well good news!  This idea worked FLAWLESSLY!  Hurray!

Jello Jiggler Easter Eggs

Mix (1) small box of Jell-o with ⅔ cup boiling water
Mix for 3 minutes until completely dissolved
Pour into molds that have been sprayed with non-stick spray

Put in refrigerator for several hours until set
After they are set, place bottom of mold in hot water for 15 seconds
Turn molds upside down and the eggs should pop right out!

Try not to eat them all in one sitting! 🙂  (why is jello still good, even as an adult?!)

(By the way, it is extraordinarily difficult to take good photos of Jello!)

Happy Easter!
