Reindeer Food

Sprinkle this reindeer food outside tonight,
The moonlight will make it sparkle bright.
As the reindeer fly and roam,
This will guide them to your home.

Have you ever wondered how Santa's reindeer know what houses to land at on Christmas Eve?

"Magic!" my daughter quickly relied.

"Yes...yes. It is magic. But to help Santa out, let's make some sparkly reindeer food."

This is so easy and so fun for the kids!

You will take a ziploc baggie and put some oatmeal and glitter (or sugar crystals if you don't want a glittery sidewalk). And on Christmas Eve you can let your children sprinkle this on your sidewalk or drive way.

When the moon is high in the sky, the glitter will sparkle so that the reindeer can see it and know to land at your house!

I got my free printable poem from Tomkat Studio's here. I cropped and printed mine at Costco for 13 cents each.

These would make great gifts for your kids to give to their friends too.

Happy Holidays.

This is a very cute design. I have a fun pin the antler on the reindeer game you can play while you wait for Santa.
http://www.myartbylynnette.biz/games.html
best wishes,
Lynnette
