Yes.  You read that right.  Brownie pops!

I have been seeing a lot of cake pops around blogland and have been for some time.  And boy do they look yummy. 

But, one day I was at my local craft store and I found this funny looking thing.

What was it, you ask?  It is a pan to make brownie pops with! 

I love brownies.  I love things on a stick.  This was sure to be a winner!

I especially love brownie edges...so chewy!  Yum.

Well, when you make brownie pops, the entire thing tastes like an edge piece.  Oh sweetness!  I am in heaven!

The key to making these work right is to actually put the sticks in the brownies half way through the cooking cycle so that they stay in the brownie really well. 

And then, if you want them even chocolatier, you can put frosting on them (I just used chocolate icing from a can) and even add sprinkles, nuts, mini M&M's etc. to the outside of them.
