PB Inspired Command Center

I have loved the organizational command centers in the Pottery Barn catalog, but the price has always stood in my way.  I also always envisioned putting a command center in an office and since I don't "formally" have an "office" I felt like I had no place for one.

Until I saw this great post by SAS Interiors, and I realized that not only do I have the perfect place for a command center but I could also do it myself, simply and inexpensively!

And talk about perfect timing, last week our neighborhood happened to have a garage sale so I went searching for frames.  And for about $15 total, I had all the frames, paper and cork board I needed to put together my own command center!

Command+Center | PB Inspired Command Center | 9 |
Cork+board | PB Inspired Command Center | 10 |
Complete with 2 small cork boards that I can use to hang invitations, photos, inspiration etc.
Post+It+Note+board | PB Inspired Command Center | 11 |
A post-it-note to do list.
Calendar | PB Inspired Command Center | 12 |
And a dry erase calendar!
It all fits perfectly in my back entry-way wall and is convenient, accessible and just perfect for our needs.
Next week I will do step-by-step how-to's on each of these items in my command center.  Including a free downloadable calendar that you can print to make your own command center!
Until then, have a wonderful day and I hope to see you at my Link Party tomorrow!

I participate in the link parties found here.
