Hi everyone!  Heidi from Happiness is Homemade here, and today I'm sharing one of my boys' favorite Halloween kids crafts - marble painted spiderwebs!

This craft is so easy that children as young as toddlers can participate (just use caution in case they still put small objects into their mouths!), and it's so much fun that the older kids will want to join in too!

What You'll Need:

  • Construction Paper
  • Tempera Paint
  • Round Pie Tin or Shallow Dish
  • Marbles
  • Plastic Spider Rings (use scissors to remove the ring portion)
  • Glue (not pictured)

Cut the construction paper to fit inside the pie tin.  Add a small amount of paint and 2-3 marbles, and ask the child to carefully tip and tilt the pie tin so that the marbles roll through the paint.

Continue to roll the marbles around through the paint until it looks like a spiderweb.

Make sure that you have lots of construction paper handy because everyone will likely want to make a few different "webs!"

Glue a plastic spider to the web, and your Halloween decorations are ready to hang up! Easy peasy!
