Washi Tape Tin Can Vases

My kid and I have been having a lot of fun with Washi Tape this summer!  It is so versatile and fun to use for so many projects.  We decided to have a little more fun with it the other day and completely cover a few left over (but cleaned) tin cans and decided to use them as vases for our patio table!  I love that these were so simple to make and inexpensive too!  And they are the perfect vases for outside because they won't break if the wind (or a child, or adult) knocks them over.  They are also fun for indoor use too.  These Washi Tape Tin Can Vases are a perfect way to upcycle tin cans instead of throwing them away.  I love it when I can turn trash into something useful and beautiful!

If you can't tell we especially liked the polka dotted tape since we used it on all three vases!  But the other ones were so fun too!  I am sharing all of the details on how to make these along with what washi tapes we used over at the Darice Blog HERE.

Very cute! I love how you can find washi tape colors that go with the decor in my house - room by room. I also love upcycling those cans!
