Well I am sad to say that T-day is coming very quickly.

I am excited though I am a bit stressed.

I have been married for 9.5 years and never once have I hosted Thanksgiving.  This year will be my first year hosting and I am a little overwhelmed but very excited too!  Wish me luck!

So I thought I better get the last of my T-day posts done because I am already mentally moving on to Christmas.  I know I know.  We aren't even past Thanksgiving.  BUT, part of what has been keeping me so busy also has me thinking about Christmas, so, it will all make sense in a couple of more weeks.  I promise!

Mantel Thanksgiving Decor 7
I was able to reuse my wooden pumpkins for Tday on my mantel!  I love those pumpkins!  Thanks Abbi!
The garland I found on sale for $6 at JoAnn!  I love a good sale.
And the wire pumpkin was a second one I purchased from Michaels for $4.  Love fall clearance!

Vases Thanksgiving Decor 8
I added some leave and pumpkins to my other vases I made and put these on top of my piano with another leaf garland.  I think it looks so fall-y!

Blocks Thanksgiving Decor 9
And my sillouette blocks.  I love these.  My friend Abbi from My Garden of Eden and I made these together on a fun "craft day" we decided to have together!  I was able to use her Cricut to make the vinyl for these, but if you are so inclined you could also paint or cut shapes out of paper and mod podge them on as well.

I think you have officially seen all my fall decor.  Not too impressive, but have I mentioned how excited I am for Christmas?!?!  My Christmas posts will be starting soon, I hope its not too early for anyone!

Until then, I will be stewing on what I am supposed to cook for my first Thanksgiving dinner.  Anyone have any good ideas / suggestions / recipes????
